The C-CURE License Desk will simplify your license management by acting as a Single-Point-of-Contact for managing the life cycle of all your security products. This will ensure you to have a correct view of your security installed base at all times and that it is covered by valid and complete support services.
Service Desk
With the C-CURE Support Services, a customer obtains the right to report all Incidents and Problems directly related to the security infrastructure under contract to C-CURE. The customer is requested to estimate the impact of the incident; C-CURE will then determine the priority and act accordingly.
